Luc certainly has friends from his old life, but he's distanced himself from that life and needs a few friends among the staff. He's probably kept to himself for a while, and needs a little help coming out of his shell, but once he remembers what having friends is like he'll be more than willing to blossom back into the social butterfly he once was. He loves going out for a beer or something to that effect in the evening, or just hanging out in someone's home and watching a movie, something to that effect. He's not really into the party scene, but he'd be a good, close friend to confide in, and eventually he'd do the same.

The only enemies I can really see Luc having are those who are opposed to his half-vampire blood. Again, he's been pretty secluded, so I suppose there are probably those who feel as though he slighted them by ignoring them or not starting up a conversation. But that's about all I can see.

Luc is still pretty closed. After all, his wife of seven years and love of 15 years passed away not so terribly long ago, and it was really hard for him. But if someone can push through his wall and convince him he doesn't have to live in loneliness because he lost Kairi, he would be realy quiet and sweet. He still struggles with the loss, though, and most of his best stories involve her, so it would probably be difficult for whoever chose to be in a relationship with him. I have no doubt he's into having one night stands, or maybe multiple night stands, but they aren't at all entangled in emotion for Luc, and are mostly just a release from life.
