Ashton's Plotter

Ashton considers himself to be a friendly, open-minded person. He absolutely loves his students that work in his class and will do absolutely anything to assist a student in their school and personal life. Ashton is very blunt and is unafraid to speak his mind. This does lead him to occasionally use profanity in his classroom when either a subject or a student upsets him, though he's usually very good about watching his language. He will hold out his hand for anyone in need. He absolutely hates seeing pain or suffering. He tries to protect everyone he cares about, even if it puts his own reputation or safety on the line. His friends are likely other members of the staff, students taking Muggle Studies, or anyone who went to school with him from 1999 to 2007.

Ashton teaches muggle studies for a living. More importantly, he teaches acceptance, tolerance, and inquiry of muggles to the youth of the wizarding world. Some purebloods don't like this at all, so naturally those kinds of people are his enemies. Some students might even consider Ashton to be their "enemy" when he enacts discipline against them. He may be a laid-back teacher, but he's still willing to punish bad behavior and a lack of respect.
